I ordered the tire in November of 2022. It showed in stock. Later, I was told this was an error, and that it was backordered, with a delivery ETA of February, 2023. I agreed to wait. I had no contact from LGP until I contacted them. In February, with no tire in hand, I contacted LGP and was told it was still in customs. At the end of March, I contacted them again, and was advised that the tire would ship immediately.... they even gave me a tracking number.
Then it never showed up.
I lost thousands of dollars in non- refundable reservations for a trip I planned well in advance, because the tire never showed up.
My daughter worked hard to do extra school work ahead of time so she could take time off to go with me. We couldn't go, because the tire never showed up.
I was contacted by LGP and told they "filed a claim" with Fed Ex. Then, they stopped responding to emails.
Now, they sent an automated email asking me to review the product.
I'd love to do so.... but I haven seen it yet. It has been six months.
