Domestic Orders
We ship out of Miami, FL. All orders are processed within 48 hours or less. Our websites reflect and only allow products that are in stock to be ordered, we strive to make sure our inventory is correct. After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders received after 2 pm EST or over the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders received after 1 pm EST or over the weekend will be processed the next day and shipped within 48hr of being processed.
Please note that the shipping and delivery times are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

International Orders
Free shipping is unavailable for international orders, and fees may apply according to destination and carrier availability. Please contact us.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are currently only shipping tires to the contiguous 48 United States.
Orders may be shipped from our multiple warehouses, however, not all products may be in one location. In some cases, we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually, and in other cases, we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship them out as one package.
Most shipments within the lower contiguous 48 States utilize FedEx ground unless faster service is selected by the customer. Outside of the 48 contiguous states, shipping services other than FedEx Ground will be considered.
Order Changes
Order changes such as address modifications, cancelations, and delivery method, are not always possible based on timing and shipping carrier. If accepted, requests to change an address may be subject to additional fees per order.
Special shipments/Requirements
Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 United States. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process and will have more information on their availability and delivery options.
Any special requirements, such as direct signature, and schedule delivery time, among others, may have additional charges and need to be requested before placing an order.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact LGP Powersports Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but LGP Powersports will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
